R 30,000 for new car radio????

Good day Had my car serviced at Hyundai Brackenfell, after which they informed me that there is an internal failure on my radio and it cant be fixed. Next best thing is to buy a new radio. The cost...R 30,000????? How do you charge R 30,000 for a car radio? That's ridiculous Surely a car radio is much cheaper than this...? How do you want to keep your clients happy if this is the shock and awe you put them through?
