Quality and Customer Service Compromised

I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Hyundai i10 from Hyundai Umhlanga and loved the car. It had great features, ran smoothly and was fuel efficient. I then started experiencing excessive squeeking, metal onto metal sound when applying the foot brake. I booked my car in and no fault was found. I later noticed a few i10s and i20s also having this excessive squeeky, metal onto metal sound, and thought to myself that this could be a factory fault. Up until today I still do not know whats causing this and a resolution from Hyundai as I do not want to take my car to a third party and lose my warranty. Can somebody please help me with this ?

Secondly, when taking off, i.e releasing the clutch there is a shudder and the car starts jerking. I have to ride the clutch inorder for the car to take off smoothly in some instances. I found this strange and booked the car in. The clutch was then adjusted and the car drove well for a week or two before it went back to the same problem. Me now being fed up with all the issues I ignored it but now I have come to a point where I need this resolved or given some sort of directive. I then booked my car yesterday 15/08/2016 and drove my car to the service centre only to be told that there is a diagnostic fee that they will have to charge me. I cancelled the booking and decided to phone different Hyundai service centres and recieved different feedback from each service centre, I only have a service plan and warranty on my vehicle. I can understand brakes are not covered so the best practise will be for Hyundai to advise that brakes need replacing inorder for the squeeky sound to stop. The clutch should be covered under warranty and extended warranty. But now im told that I need to pay for diagnostics, if they find that there is a fault on the clutch they will need to strip the clutch and gearbox. Should they find it is a defect warranty may or may not cover. Should they find that it is due to riding the clutch then customer is responsible, if we do not proceed thereafter we are liable for the labour costs. How do you determine customer damage. The vehicle was pre-owned, how do we know if it was me or the previous owner in the event of customer damage ???

Sorry, it is a 2014 model.
