Purchse Agreement Not Met

I purchased a pre-owned Kia Soul from Hyundai Boksburg -collected 13th December 2014 prior to going on leave.The purchase agreement SNAG list was agreed to be attended to in the new year. 8th January 2015 upon my return I messaged to confirm. This agreement included collection of the Kia Soul and allocating of a loaner vehicle at no cost whilst attending to the SNAG list, returning the Kia Soul by the Friday (as i am a singer and require the Kia for my gear on the weekend).Upon taking the Kia Soul,I was not given the spare keys, nor was I given the Registration Papers of the vehicle and still have not received the papers. I assumed that festive season was reason for no response to any emails/messages.Contacted them again on the 26th January 2015 via sms and email.To my surprise after speaking to a colleague at Hyundai, she advised he had left for Botswana for another position,no one had the decency to notify me.I messaged/called in interim. He came back in March 2015 whereby Hyundai accepted his return and only on 8th April he agreed to collect car and cancelled last minute.13th May 2015 Kia collected and partial SNAG list attended to.No responses further to my request for feedback
