Problem with my radio and I run up nd down

Bad experience from hyundai I regret to buy their car because wen there's anything wrong non of the staff will take accountability not in my life I will ever buy their products .as am talking I send my car radio for repaire told radio is fine but even now my radio doesn't work yet was told no problem with my radio
