Pricing errors

Hyundai Cresta advertised an Audi Q3 for R236,838. when I arrived I was told the price is incorrect and that it is R289900. I was told there are terms and conditions, but there were no terms and conditions on the Gumtree add. I can just wonder how this lines up with the customer protection act.
