Previous complaint ignored, now car is standing

Hi, I have bought a Hyundai from Kempton branch and within a month I sent an email complaining about a noise in the engine, they ignored and now, after the car is out of service plan, another service technician picked up a big problem on the engine. I warned Hyundai about the noise and was ignored. Now my car is standing and I need the car to worlk!!!! Please sort out Hyundai
