Poor technical service

<p>I took my tucson to helderberg dealership. My car was there for 9 days without any feedback. I had to phone everytime and ask about progress. I then decided to fetch my car.My car is still not fixed and i want it fixed or atleast quoted to get fixed. There is also no courtesy car available. I can also not find any details who to contact to have my issue resolved.</p>
