Poor services

Hi - This is my 4th service bookings with Hyundai Pinetown and l been having issues on all 4 occasions. When ask to speak to Mark - the dealer manager l been told his not available - and he never returned a call ever.<br> Today's episode - l been told that my vehicle does not have a maintenance plan which l did purchase when buying the vehicle new. Requested that the manager contact me but have not heard from them since. The pervious time vehicle was towed in as wheel bearing was failing butility was later told to fetch car as there was no stock of part and vehicle can be driven....what ifrom wheel came off while driving. The pervious service they damaged all my mag wheel lock nuts and l couldn't get my tyes off. I can go on with all the complaints but this service centre doesn't seems to care.
