Poor service from Hyundai Zambezi

I bought a brand new i20 1.2 motion 2020 Model on the 9th of June 2020 at the Hyundai dealership in Zambezi.I was very happy with my car and I enjoyed every minute of it being on the road.On the 20th of May this current year I took my car for the first service at 15000kms to the dealership in Zambezi.Immediately after the service I noticed that there were some changes on the car which I was not happy about. The aircon inside the car was no longer working properly and the car was no longer picking up with speed like it used to before the service. The worst of them all on the 17th of June while I was driving my car,it started to alarm that it was overheating and immediately I stopped the car on the side of the road and contacted the dealership. I was told to bring the car back to them so that it can be assessed.Notified the 24hr Hyundai roadside assistance and the car was taken to the dealership. The car was assessed and they phoned me and told me that the steel pipe of the engine top was broken and needs to be replaced. They further said that the parts are not available anywhere in South Africa so they need to be ordered from India, expected date of arrival in the country is on the 15th of July 2021. Meanwhile while awaiting for the car parts I must make a plan with regard to transport as Hyundai does not offer loan vehicles. The manager also said to me they cannot exchange the car for me while being very much aware that the car has some factory faults, but they will rather fix the car.As I write this review now I don't have a car, I'm using public transport to work and I'm struggling a lot because I'm a nurse I work 12hours shift and I knock off very late. The question I have is must I suffer while I'm paying for a car which currently is not with me but is at the dealership? Secondly why was I never told when I bought the car that Hyundai doenot offer loan vehicles.Thirdly why did the car start to give me problems immediately after the service, the staff at the service department don't have the skills to do what is right or they ***** car parts while we bring the cars for service.Fourthly why did they fail to pick up that the car was faulty when I brought the car for service and why must I suffer because of the factory faults of Hyundai. If the car is already faulty why cant they replace the car with a new car because the car is a year old but already the engine needs to be replaced meaning that the car was not in a good condition when I bought it. The last thing I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the DEALERSHIP Hyundai Zambezi.I don't receive updates regarding my car and honestly right now I don't even know what is happening with my car whether it is going to be fixed when and how andby who since the really don't know what their doing clearly on my experience. Can I get help regarding this because the ombudsman they are failing me and I never received feedback from them
