Poor Service from Hyundai Parts Department

My car was towed to Hyundai kokstad 3weeks ago, fine they opened on the 4th, on the 5th they ordered the parts that they needed, until this day the part hasn't received delivered, while other parts for other vehicles have been, I'm very disappointed in the service of Hyundai parts department, if the issue is with the courier company, why not terminate the agreement, and its not as if this part is coming from overseas, it's from ****** Johannesburg???? Now I have to suffer because I use this car for work, I also have to cough up money to hire out cars, surely there's an issue with your internal department and it's affecting us, your clients, it's unfortunate but I don't see myself ever buying a Hyundai.
