Poor service from Freda

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Hyundai Germiston. Hyundai also preaches about giving clients a peace of mind however I've experienced the total opposite. I brought in my vehicle on 02/07/2019 for service, throughout the day I didn't receive any feedback ( BAD SERVICE ). I'm stuck without a vehicle, when I called to enquire no proper feedback is provided. I cant understand how a big company like Hyundai can hire unprofessional and uns****ed individuals that can not do their job. I am seriously thinking of never buying a Hyundai vehicle again and by word of mouth I've advised all my colleagues about this bad service I have received.
