Poor service delivery by Hyundai Pinetown

Recently I purchased a 2020 VW Polo Vivo from Hyundai Pinetown. Within a few days of buying the car and using as a daily driver, I noticed that the clutch had a odd feeling. Firstly it felt quite high, there was no real biting feeling as you would feel when releasing a clutch to move forward. When taking off on an incline, even on a slight incline you would have to give it a high rev for the car to take off without stalling (switching off). The clutch just felt very wore out. I took it back to Hyundai Pinetown within a week of my purchase, they informed me that they felt the clutch and according to them it felt ok. Although they were feeling it on a flat surface on the floor of their workshop, not really moving any real distance to understand what I was talking about. Unlike the real world driving I was doing to notice these problems. I think the car was used previously as a rental car as I have found a car rental receipt inside when I took delivery of it.
