Poor service

I took my car for service this morning and also reported a non functional boot, guess what it's not working still, they ignored it and never bothered to tell me what seems to be the problem, I still dont have a boot on a new car bought 12 months ago!!!!

People are always in a hurry to do half jobs, they waste your time, efforts and petrol by causing unnecessary up and downs. . SO SO Annoying!!!!
