Poor Service at Hyundai South Africa (Gqeberha )

I couldn't get my Hyundai Creta reverse on the 04 July 2022 they came and towed it to Hyundai PE (Gqeberha)it's been 2 months my car is still at Hyundai no communication whatsoever when I call they waiting for a part or a special tool, I'm really disappointed at the non existing service they providing, 2 full months without a car, bare in mind that car has only 30000kms it's only a year old.
