Poor service and incorrect quote/estimate

I took my Hyundai Tucson 2007 model to Hyundai Trichardt on the 5th of December 2016 for an quote to fix my burst water connection on my engin block, once at Hyundai Trichardt they directed me to Secunda where there work shop is allocated. I arrived at the Secunda workshop and reported that i need a quote to get my car fixed, the reception helped me as best possible while we where waiting for a technition to assist with the detail. A technition did arrive and was asked to show him what the issue was, we proceeded to the car where we opened the hood and I indicated the issue to him with my finger, and pointed out the pipe with the pretly steel on it and indicated that the pipe splits out of the engin block to the fire wall and the trottel regulator, I asked him, can you see what the problem is where he rep**** "YES I can see the broken pipe". We then proceeded to the inside of the building where he spoke to an older gentlemen showing him where the issue is on an engin diagram. I requested that they supply me with a quote to fix this. He gave me a quote showing R2400.00 on which I requested is this for parts and installation, again the reply was "YES". I asked what do we do now so that we can proceed with this- reason for this great excitement as follows: I am planning a trip to Cape Town, to see my parents now for the first time in 3 years, taking into account this fix will cost me R2400.00. Very happily i phoned my father saying the fix wount be that expencive i am coming home for Christmas and the new year. So to continue my complaint: The older gentelman told me that i must pay a 50% deposit on the parts required before they can proceed, this was R500.00. I paid the R500.00 gladly. He than printed the quote indicating the R500.00 deposit, one for me to sign (wich i did) the other for myself for referance (I am still in possetion of this quote). He also explained that they only order parts on a Tuesday, wich is fine if ordered now or tomorrow no harm done. He also explained delivery takes 3 to 8 days depending on the parts avaialable, but they will notify me once the parts are there than i can make arraingements with them to bring the car to be FIXED. I recieved an SMS on the 7the December 2016 from them stating the following:" Good day, parts have arrived at Hyundai Secunda - Please do not not send a sms to this number. High Tech, Tata Secunda, GWM Secunda and Hyundai Secunda workshop closes at 17H00. Feel free to contact us: ********** or ********** ". I phoned on the 8th of December to book my car to be fixed, the lady on the other side of the phone said, please bring it Tuesday, today, 13-12-2016, 07H00AM. Now my problems and issues start. At the gate of the workshop i was stoped by two guys who asked if the car is there for a service, no the car is there to be fixed i rep****, he checked and I was not on the list, he still requested me to pull the car in and park they will assist. Did that and all, and left on my bicycle and drove home, 10 KM away. Hyundai Secunda Workshop phoned me at 08H50 back with the following schoking news, they havent recieved the parts yet, they still need to order the parts and the quote is wrong, it is R4500.00 to fix, on that they asked me, what do i want to do know, pick up the car or what? I told her, you send me an SMS saying the parts are there, where is the mix-up? She rep**** she will look into it and get back to me, they still havent. 1) I paid the deposit, fix it. 2) How do you miss a quote by doubble if you have seen wh t the issue is and know how to fix it. 3) Why do i want to collect my car I took it there to be fixed, and its not. 4) I payed the deposit for the parts, why isnt it ordered. 5) Worst of all, my budget is blown, i might not have a car, i wount be able to go to Cape Town, I now need to cancel my accomodation, possibly loose my deposit money, and tell my parent i wount see them. Thank you Hyundai for this, i am devistated
