Poor service and dishonesty

Morning<br> Booked service for my Hyundai ix 35 for Tuesday 21/07, mileage 90202km. still under service plan.<br> <br> Asked and it was recorded on work order, to please when taking the car for its test drive to investigate the possibility of the left back CV or bearings. Upon collecting the car I was told that they did have a look at it, but was a loose speaker and it was fastened.<br> <br> it was very ironic that when I collected my car that the mileage was still, 90202km, now I want to ask, do the service still include a test drive and if so how do you detect that it was only a loose speaker when the car was not even moved out of the yard.<br> <br> If I do land up stranded with a CV or bearing problem, as im travelling on ave 200km per day. who will be held accountable as I was assured that it is not any of the above?<br> <br> Regards<br> Jako Swart<br> cmb 989 L<br> <br> <br>
