Poor service and broken promises

I brought my cousin to purchase a pre owned vehicle. I enquired about the spotters fee and was told that I would be paid R500. After taking delivery of the vehicle, I was told I wont be paid as the vehicle was discounted. This was never communicated to me prior to full payment. I am appalled by the poor service from Ricardo Cloete and dealer principal Mercia. At one point even though we brought the customer, Ricardo said he is not dealing with us as we are not his customers. Even though it was pre owned and a BMW, they still have to uphold Hyundai's reputation and they have failed miserably.I would never recommend anyone to buy from Hyundai Hatfield. Pathetic service.
