Poor service all over

<p>I would definitely not recommend the Corlett Drive branch to anyone. I have had nothing but problems from the start. Recently bought a new Hyundai i10. First I was told I have to obtain the NATAS documents and settlement amount from my bank myself. With my previous car purchase, when I did a trade-in, the dealership did not require me to do this myself. They did it on my behalf. Then the wrong colour was ordered. I asked for the correct colour to be ordered, only to be told that they are apparently not manufacturing that colour any more (the sapphire blue). However all the advertising for this model car on the official website feature the sapphire blue colour that I wanted. I went with another colour in the end. The dealership did not settle my previous car within the 5 days that the settlement was valid for. They then e-mailed me to tell me that I had to once again obtain a new settlement letter myself and e-mail it to them. On the day I purchased my car, I was told that when the number plates and registration documents arrived, they would bring it to me at work, as I can't keep taking time off from work. When these documents and plates arrived yesterday, the salesman phoned me and told me I should come and fetch it from them. I reminded him that he had promised to bring them to me. He then said that they would get their driver to deliver it that same day. I got an e-mail later in the day to say that the driver was coming from Kempton Park and would try to deliver later in the afternoon, failing which the salesman would deliver them himself. I phoned again this morning, as I had not heard anything from the salesman or the driver, only to be told that the driver is already booked for other things today, and they are not sure they would be able to deliver today. He also said that his manager refused to let him deliver the plates and documents himself, so I would have to wait for the driver. He could not tell me at all when to expect delivery except that he is sure it would be "before the temporary permit on the car runs out". I feel that this is unacceptable</p>
