Poor service

Very bad experience I bought a second hand car last year and the tyres are very bad confirmed by tiger wheels,front lights are not working ,the car doesn't start at time lodged a complain with manager they took it in and brought it back and it was fine.i get stuck every single month sometimes in the middle of no where I must call insurance for assistance.Tracker is sending me messages to say that they can't track the car it's because of the battery is been taken out whereas the car is parked at home.I can't drive long distance because it sticks anytime.Again logged a complain I am still waiting for the managers feedback till date.
