poor service

I bought an Audi A3 from Hyundai bryanston on the 24th of April 2015 and my temporary vehicle permit expired on the 15th of May.i have been trying to get the sales person(charles) to get me a copy of Natis ever since i bought the vehicle but even today he did not manage get it.this is Very annoying as i cannot drive the vehicle without the valid licence disc.The service i received from the dealership is very dissapointing.
