Poor service

My recent service with Hyundai was poor ! I sent the car in initially for it cutting whilst driving which suspected to be the alternator and then there after the 75k service. The car still cuts whilst driving and it’s dangerous cause the steering wheels becomes stiff. I was not given any feedback regarding that, rather the service provider gave me the invoice and that’s it.
