POOR SERVICE

Poor service from Hyundai liquid capital customer care, been requesting for service authorization for the past few days now, the consultants will put on hold for 15min an come back to say they will call back but they never did, Pearl, Tisetso your service sucks am still awaiting for feedback even today I need to take my car for service an they delaying me.
