Poor service

I'm very disappointed with Hyundai I'm buying a car from them anymore nor referring anyone to buy a car from them. I'm very upset with service I received there. On the 18/03/2016 took my car there to replace clutch cost me R9601.92 a year and three months later for another service they tell me that my clutch is about 2 finish again. Complained to the Technician Quitin who was doing my car he said I have to bring it up with his manager. Spoke to his manager cannot recall his name but his response never showed that he is really a manager that care about their customers he through me out like dirt. Told me straight in my face " sorry we cannot assist you since warranty is only one year if you not happy feel free to contact our customers care". As a manager I would feel they is a better way of putting it in a manner that client would fill much better. I don't think it fair to customer to be told straight in the face that tough Mr customer but you need to buy pay another R10000 for another clutch your warranty has lapsed two months after a year. Called customer care their agent never took his name promised me that the manager from Hyundai would call me not even now I'm still waiting for his call. The day I took it for latest service last week Tuesday I explained that my car is making funny sounds when I'm reversing and that it jerking when I'm driving slowly or driving in a hill. After service reports came back as " no fault found with jerking", but when I'm driving I'm still experiencing same problem with jerking. This is the kind of service I received from Hyundai Amanzimtoti.
