Poor Service

I took my car to Hyundai Cresta service centre and no communication was sent to me just to keep me in the loop. I phoned at 16:00 and they kept on promising that they will call me back. I phoned again and I was kept online for more than 20 minutes.<br> <br> the lady who assisted me, just told me that the car is done without even letting me know whether everything has been checked as requested. <br> <br> My car there from 08:00 am to 17:00 with no updates from them
