Poor Service

<p>i bought a car at HYUNDAI costatia kloof in January and they promised to give me the spare key the following week,so i have agreed with the sales person who was helping me by the name of Stanley Khosa ,all promises went to vein as i went there with my husband to collect the spare key .to my suprise he took us to another garage saying the car was from that garage they dont have the spare key they will call hyundai at polokwane to assist me since well am staying in lebowakgomo.till today am the one and myhusband calling them ,they dont care weather we have the spare key or what. we did call and ask for the sales manager everytime they lady at the reception says he is in the meeting ,she took the details and say he will call after the meeting but they dont call.so yersterday 22/05/2017 i did spoke to the manager he took my details and did not call back........please assist me in finding the spare key and i wont recommend someone to go and buy a car at that dealer ship i had a bad bad service</p>
