Poor service

I took the car in for repairs in January. They have been dragging their feet telling me that they are still waiting for the parts. OK I waited. My brother is been going there every week to check the progress of the car he would come with a new story everyday. On Monday they said the car would be ready today 2/04/2015 then my brother went to fetch the car this morning and guess what it wasn't fixed properly it was making the same noise that we took it in for. After 3 months of trying to fix the car they still did nonsense. I'm really disgusted. This is unacceptable. Now its the easter holidays I would like to use the car but I can't because its not yet fixed.
