Poor service

I recently bought a new Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai Constania Kloof. I purchased the vehicle on the 19.01.2019. I noticed that my back light is cracking from the inside. I took the car to the workshop at Weltevredene park . Pictures was taken but no feedback from either branch. It is now two weeks and no body as come back to me. The services is not acceptable.
