Poor Service

I booked my car in for a standard service of which I allowed them 2 full working days to do the service. When on my way to fetch the car I received an email requesting to change brake pads which might I add will cost R2 000.00. In the two days that they had the vehicle they did not inform me of this and now have caused me to be delayed. Don't do services at this Hyundai it's the worst service ever experienced!
