Poor service

I purchased my Accent in 2016 and had fitted leather onto my steering wheel, doorpads and centre arm rest. At the beginning of the year it began to fade and now looks cheap and not worth the money I spent o it. When contacted Hyundai Pinetown they said they will look into it. Has been 3 months now and nothing from the dealership. This is my second Hyundai purchased there and this will be my last. The other issue was last year I picked up a noise when turning the steering wheel and was told that there are moving parts and it is normal. A year later and the same person said it's a problem and had to book my car in to get fixed. Not sure what to do now.
