poor service

Good day, I would just like to bring the following to your attention. Since my very first service on my H100, I have been doing my service intervals with the Roodepoort Branch. I could never complain about the service at this place, as there is none! On my 50000 service I had issue with my vehicle not finished on time, and ended up only receiving my bakkie the following day. To my surprise the bakkie was left in a state, it was not cleaned and it looked like water was pored all over the inside carpets, on collection my guy was told that they were sorry they did not clean the bakkie. (I left it at that as I use this bakkie for business) Today 27 June 2018, again I sent my bakkie in and received it unclean and in a mess. No one seems to be in the mood to help a person when you get there, nor does it bother anyone how they present customer service at this place. I don't expect a full valet, but I do expect them to clean my vehicle after servicing it.....it was always done in the past, what has changed.?
