Poor service

I find it ridiculous that Hyundai will operate a shuttle for customers when they drop off a car but refuse to make arrangements for collection. If I cannot get myself back first time, I can't do so later in the day either! I can't wait till my warranty period is over and I can take my car elsewhere. It is enough to put me off buying another Hyundai car.
