Poor Service

Hi, I bought a car at with the Dealer and I am not happy on how they deal with their customers after they sign a contract with them. My first day buying a car with them they clutch burned within an hour after leaving the dealer. I queried the fault and they were not helpful they told me I burned it - I mean how can you burn a clutch withing an hour no matter how blind you are sure you can smell something is burning and according to them the warantee doesn't cover that, so I decided to pay. Still after deciding to pay I had to call them before they told me they had my change of ownership papers and a new registration plates for the car I bought from them. They promised they will deliver it and I had to phone them again since they didn't deliver and now they telling me to meet them at a place I don't know to fetch those things. I got a *** service I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
