Poor service

Our vehicle (2013 Hyundai Accent) has a problem with a leaking aircon, noise while the aircon is on and a constant knocking noise which comes from the rear passenger side. Our vehicle has been in for repairs at least 5 times for these problems during this year. These problems are still not sorted out. We drop off our vehicle at the dealership between 7am-7.15am and at 5pm it is still not ready. We are no longer interested in speaking to the people at the dealership and wish to be contacted by someone else.
