Poor service

I went onto the internet and sent a query regarding the service of my vehicle. This was done on the 12th of August. I was then copied on an email from Anthea -Walter Gerout where she has requested Karishma Moodley to assist me with feedback. To date no feedback was received.. I sent a follow email to both parties and still no feedback. I logged another query via the internet last week and still nothing. This is shocking. When you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle, these people can call you many times just to get the deal sealed but once your purchase is complete, no cares to assist.
