poor service

After waiting 1 month for an aircon part. Having to phone them for a follow up, I eventually get a call to take my car in the 2nd time. I then received a call that my car was ready for collection. <br> Upon arrival and 15 min later someone finally assisted me. They looked for my car but it could not be found. A half an hour past and eventually the service manager Danie /dawie told me that my car was not yet back from the company that replaced my aircon. <br> I tried to phone the branch manager but he was unavailable.<br> The next day when I finally got my car back it was dirty full of there plastic paper and full of black oil on my seats. No one assisted me in assuring that the aircon was indeed working. Keys were handed over and I left. <br> I then posted photos of the dirty car on their Facebook page. This post was simply deleted. I'm shocked I'll never buy a hyundai ever again.
