poor service!! 1 month without vehicle

i have been waiting more then a month for my car (hyundai i 10) to be fixed, my gearbox broke on only 30 000km on the clock, i'm pregnant and need transport, phoned head office to put in a complaint and never heard anything back.they didn't even want to give me a courtesy vehicle. i will never buy from them ever again because the service is very poor and they don't care about there clients. since day one i only had trouble from them. i'm not a happy client and as soon as i can trade in i will do so.
