Poor quality

Good day to you. We have a complaint and hope u can assist My daughter bought a 2015 model I20 from hyundai dbn south in june 2016. The vehichle had about 14000kms on the clock. The saleman that sold her the vehicle confirmed that the vehicle was a staff vehicle that came from johannesburg. She enquired if the vehicle was involved in any accident and he confirmed no accident.

Recently we noted that the vehicle paint is peelin all over. The vehicle was taken to the dealership for inspection yesterday and the warranty assessor says the vehicle was worked on and they cannot do anythin about the problem.

My daughter was NOT involved in any incidents for her to repair the vehicle and if the vehicle was worked on that was not told to us when she purchased the vehicle so how can my daughter be responsible for that.
