Poor parts availability!!

<p>I recently had a breakdown with my wifes 2012 hyundai i10 . It was under warranty and was promptly arranged to.be.towed. It was taken to Durban South hyundai where I never once was called to be informed what was happening with the vehicle but when I did call in, I was told there are no parts and I needed to wait. It took them 8 days to have my vehicle ready and no courtesy vehicle was provided. </p> <p>I however didn't complain. About a week later I noticed another oil leak and was told car had to be booked in. 7 days later I still have no car due to no parts.</p> <p>This is really ridiculous as they offer big warranties but no parts back up!!</p>
