Poor customer service

I bought a car ( kia rio 2015 model and had 8****m )at Hyundai Constantia kloof June 2016. when i buy the car i was told it comes with 60 000km service plan/4 years and 5 years warranty. unfortunately when i took the car to the first service 15000km i was told by Kia that the car does not have a service plan and warranty. when i went back to Hyundai i discovered that the car was involved in an accident and that's why the warranty and service plan was cancelled by Kia. I started to ask Hyundai December 2016 to take back the car because i was never told the car was involved in an accident, and only in May 2017 after i complaint at the bank ( MFC ) financing my car Tienie Potgieter (Dealer Principal ) informed me that he was busy with the bank with the cancellation of the contact and till today I'm still waiting.

At the bank i was dealing with Nathan Sauls who was also not responding to my emails at time, i was then given the email address and contact number of Nathan's supervisor Lynn. I sent her an email a month ago asking how far are they with the process of cancelling the contact at the bank and she never re****, i followed up 2 weeks later and asked how long does MFC take to reply to emails and other questions as well but she still did not reply, instead a got a call from someone from MFC asking me what is it that i need the bank to assist with, while i have communicated that info long time ago and asked myself is he's only going to start the process after i informed them that i initially asked for a cancellation of the contact in December 2016 but from the dealership. I asked that person who called me that i'm still waiting for answers to the questions that i sent to Lynn and i also want time frames and no one bothered to reply to that till today, but i guess both Hyundai and MFC are in business and don't care about their customers because Hyundai got their money and MFC is deducting every month.
