Poor customer service

I wouldn’t advise anyone use this branch for anything. We had hassles when we bought the car and now we’re experiencing problems with servicing the car. I was advised to bring in my car for service in September by their service advisor and when I brought the car in I was told they couldn’t do the service. I explained I was told by the service advisor to come but they still refused. I sent an email reporting the matter to their manager but I have not received anything from him not even an acknowledgment of my email. I am disappointed in the service I received as well as the treatment I was given. They lack professionalism and don’t strive to achieve customer satisfaction. They aren’t organised at all.
