poor customer care

recently bough a car at Hyundai Corlett drive, i did not get the, for two weeks i have been trying to get floor maths and number plates for two weeks now , its been raining and the car is dirty with mud as i do not have floor maths . the temporary licence expires on the 02 February 2018, i have called emailed but they all ignoring me cause now they have made a sale and dont care about their customers
