Poor complains management

I took in my vehicle to Hyundai wonderboom Lavender Road in September 2021 to be diagnosed and later on realise that my jack was taken out. Contacted the dealership about the matter and spoke to a interim manager on two occasions who was handling matters on behalf of the parts and service manager who was on leave. He promised to look into the matter and that I will be contacted shortly of which now it has been almost two months waiting
