Poor communication and bad service

Bad service at Hyundai Boksburg. Booked my vehicle in 7 in the morning and took off urly from work in Springs all the way to Boksburg. To found that my vehicle wasnt serviced yet. 17h00 they only started to do it becouse i insisted not to wait till the next day.
