Poor client service at Hyundai Ermelo

<p>I found a second hand GMW on carfind.co.za and then saw it is at Hyundai Ermelo, I was very intersted in the vehicle I asked one of the sales men to see what he can do for me. I wanted to trade in a nother vehicle for the GWM. After next moring I phoned Hyundai Ermelo to find out what did they manage to do aboud the deal they told me they are short at staff and the system was offline, I asked them just te keep me updated with the progress. Late afternoon I phone Hyundai Ermelo again to find out oubout the progress reseption told me they are busy someone will phone me back I waited 2 Hours nobody phoned back so I phoned Hyundai Ermelo again only to find out they can not give me what my vehicle is valued at they want to load the capital on the vehicle i'm interested in and the instalment is going to be to high for me. If they kept me updated on the deal I could have told Hyudai Ermelo erlier they don't need to apply at the bank.
