Poor car service

Poor service received from Hyundai Midrand. Took my car in for a 15000KM service this morning. There were no drivers to drop up . They took time to arrive. The driver was moving like a Taxi driver. And the 5PM no update about my car. I had to can to findout when they will pick me up for collection of my car. I was advised they dont do pickups in the evening. What a horrible service...
