Poor Car Service

on 31st July I took my car for service and they changed the bulb and the installed new wipers. the original bulb was blue but the installed a different colour bulb and they also installed shorter wipers that don't wipe the whole windscreen. I gave them a call to let them know about this, but was told to hold for service department and the phone was never answered. wrote a review on their website and there was no response. posted on their facebook page and still no response. their service is pathetic.
