Poor attention to detail

I had an I20 serviced and it needed extra work such as the brake pads and clutch.

Firstly, the quotes were incorrect as it excluded VAT and not stated as such, secondly the quote given was supposed to be discounted and the service advisor again quoted incorrectly, the car was not clean and lastly the service book is missing.

I just left the premises and phoned them about my service book and only to be told they are closed
