Poor after sales service

I sent an email to Hyundai south Africa about my issues with Hyundai PTN & yes Hyundai south Africa phoned me only to tell me that they don't deal with that kind of complaints & Hyundai South Africa will forward my email to Mark torrence the Hyundai dealership principal of pinetown.... Guess what.......... To date no calls from Mark torrence.... My issue has been going on since March 019
