Pinetown Hyundai is the worst branch

The sales rep at Hyundai PINETOWN named Junaid is your best friend until you drive your car away. Firstly i ordered silver and he brought white and said there isnt stock of silver yet the next car was silver with a ribbon on it for someone to take. Mine was touched and looked at by everyone entering like a display model and then In the end of our discussions (he knew I was collecting that day with a time) I find out it's my car that everyone is getting in and touching the whole time. The price was not what we agreed on , no covering or ribbon was provided to me yet every other customer had the whole toot done for them . Nothing was explained to me about the car ,literally handed the keys, tank filled to 3/4 and said go and you can call me for any queries. However on the first call in a few no answer amd never heard from him again because the manager said he is on leave. I complained to the head office , the sales manager and anyone who answered and not one knew anything about vehicles or procedures and never called back after promising. I drove around unregistered for two months with no number plates because I could not reach anyone. I have no idea after a year of purchase what comes with the car, service plans,i was given no options , nothing at all. I sent junaid a whatsapp today asking about the service,he read it in the morning and didnt respond all day and in the late afternoon when head office calls me he suddenly responds that I must call a number to book the service but doesnt answer what I asked actually. This is only after head office called but before that he could not reply. Pathetic is not even the word to describe the service of this branch and the fact that nobody knows what's going on. And they think we want apologies after our time and money has been wasted that's the best part. I dont need any attitude/arrogance from no sales rep I want whay I was promised which is the best care and this sorted and I dont care what's the excuse. I will never buy again amd will never recommend the company to anyone. Please note that I only chose one star because theres no zero .
