PERMIT EXPIRED still waiting for license documents

1. I were told that the vehicle were a trendline only to find out that it was a Base line once I already bought the vehicle. Although it was still sold under the retail price. I accepted it like that even if its not the vehicle I were told it is. 2. When we collected the vehicle my husband told them that the battery of the car wasn't right, then we were told that it only needs to be charged. The next day we had the same problem with the car as the battery were flat. Then I had to replace the battery on my costs and sent trough the invoice and etc. and almost had to wait two weeks to get the money back. 3.I Still haven't received the license docs ,the permit already expired the 28 July.We collected the vehicle 8 July.I followed up regarding the papers 14,20,21, 24 July and then I also said that the permit is expiring the 28th, 28th of July I said that the permit expired, they then asked for a copy of my I.D which I sent trough the same day.3 Aug I followed up then on the 4th of Aug they asked me to take the Vehicle for roadworthy as the roadworthy expired.I again had to pay for it and again had to wait for my money.Something I were charged extra on my finance for them to do it.
